The score is primarily driven by improving but still modest financial performance (rebound in 2024, yet low margins/ROE and somewhat volatile cash conversion). Technical indicators add pressure due to weaker longer-term trend and negative MACD, while valuation impact is neutral because P/E and dividend yield were not provided.

First Pacific Bancorp Financial Statement Overview

Summary
Financials show a 2024 rebound with strong revenue expansion and a return to profitability, but earnings power remains modest (net margin ~4.7%, operating margin ~6.6%) and still below prior peak levels. Leverage is moderate-to-elevated versus recent history and ROE is low (~2.8%), while cash flow is positive but has been uneven and declined in 2024.
Income Statement
56
Neutral
Revenue has expanded strongly over time (notably from 2022–2024), and profitability recovered in 2024 after losses in 2022–2023. However, current profitability is still modest: 2024 net margin is ~4.7% and operating margin is ~6.6%, well below the stronger 2019–2020 levels, indicating earnings power is improving but not yet fully stabilized.
Balance Sheet
52
Neutral
Leverage has increased versus earlier years: debt-to-equity moved from ~0.61 (2021) to ~1.02 (2024), though it improved from the higher ~1.96 level in 2022. Equity has grown, but returns remain low (2024 return on equity ~2.8%), suggesting the balance sheet is workable but not currently generating strong shareholder returns and is more sensitive to earnings volatility than in lower-leverage periods.
Cash Flow
50
Neutral
Cash generation is positive and free cash flow covers net income in 2024 (free cash flow to net income ~0.93), which is supportive of earnings quality. Offsetting this, free cash flow declined in 2024 (down ~12.5%), and operating cash flow has been uneven historically (including negative operating cash flow in 2021), pointing to some volatility in underlying cash conversion.
