Beyond their hardware, TransAct provides essential printing consumables, including point-of-sale receipt paper, inkjet cartridges, ribbons, and other supplies, as well as replacement parts and accessories. The company also offers maintenance, repair services, and refurbished printing equipment. Among their software innovations is the EPICENTRAL print system, a proprietary solution designed for casino operators. This system allows them to craft promotional coupons and marketing messages that can be printed instantly at slot machines. Additionally, they provide comprehensive technical support services. An example of their integrated offerings is the BOHA! terminal, which merges hardware and software components into a single device. This unit features an operating system, a touchscreen interface, and one or two thermal print mechanisms. TransAct markets its diverse product portfolio, including brands like BOHA!, AccuDate, Epic, Ithaca, EPICENTRAL, and Printrex, to various sectors.
