For a more upscale market, its Terrata Homes brand provides luxury series properties. Beyond direct sales, LGI Homes also maintains a wholesale segment, through which it builds and sells homes to corporate entities seeking to acquire single-family rental properties. As of December 31, 2021, the firm possessed a portfolio of 101 distinct communities. Its operations extend across a wide geographic area, serving customers in states such as Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, Tennessee, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Alabama, California, Oregon, Nevada, West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. LGI Homes, Inc. was established in 2003 and has its corporate headquarters located in The Woodlands, Texas.
