Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Raised Growth And Earnings GuidanceRaised targets indicate management sees durable demand and operating leverage across the portfolio. The outlook embeds roughly 13% revenue growth and 40% EBITDA growth, supporting a stronger medium-term earnings trajectory.
Broad Demand And Backlog SupportOrders exceeding revenue in five of the last six quarters provide evidence of sustained demand and backlog replenishment. Broad-based growth and share gains can support revenue visibility across drilling, completions and production markets.
Improving Cash Generation And LeveragePositive free cash flow combined with lower net leverage improves financial flexibility and reduces balance-sheet risk. Continued cash generation can fund investment, debt reduction and shareholder returns while the earnings recovery develops.
Bears Say
Net Profitability Remains NegativeDespite positive EBIT and materially better results than 2024, the company still has not converted operating gains into sustained net profit. Interest, taxes and other costs continue to limit shareholder returns and earnings quality.
Leverage Remains Elevated Versus 2023Leverage has improved recently but remains materially above 2023 levels, leaving the company more exposed to cyclical downturns and financing costs. This can constrain investment flexibility if oilfield activity weakens.
Cyclical Market And Regional Demand RisksCustomer caution on new pressure-pumping equipment and geopolitical disruption could defer orders and extend project timing. These risks may create uneven demand and limit the pace at which backlog converts into revenue.

FET Earnings Call
Q2 2026
0:00 / 0:00
Earnings Call Sentiment|Positive
The call presented multiple strong operational and financial beats: revenue, EBITDA, and net income growth; margin expansion; deleveraging; raised full-year guidance; and several strategic product wins and international expansion initiatives. Challenges were limited to regional geopolitical headwinds in the Middle East, timing-related dips in certain product shipments, modest quarter-to-quarter free cash flow, and some receivables build. Overall, the positive developments, upgraded guidance, and balance-sheet improvement outweigh the contained headwinds.View all FET earnings summariesTechnical Analysis
