CVBF Earnings Call
Q2 2026
0:00 / 0:00
Earnings Call Sentiment|Positive
The call conveyed a largely positive outlook driven by transformational M&A that materially grew the balance sheet, boosted earning assets, produced strong loan origination momentum (85% YoY, 40% QoQ), expanded net interest income (+$44.6M QoQ) and delivered a successful systems conversion with early revenue synergies. Offsetting items included large one-time acquisition costs ($31.4M), higher core operating expenses, dilutionary capital impacts (lower tangible book and capital ratios), and increases in ACL and some asset-quality metrics. Management reiterated targets for EPS accretion and ROATCE and expects most cost saves to materialize by late 2026/early 2027. Overall, positives from the acquisition, organic loan growth, margin expansion and integration progress outweigh the near-term costs and capital pressures.View all CVBF earnings summariesCVBF Stock 12 Month Forecast
