The company surpassed its full-year goal for new Pro partner contracts, increasing total Pro partner contracts by 12% in the first three quarters compared to the prior year period.
Improved Conversion Rates
The conversion rate improved approximately 70 basis points versus the prior year period, and after a water test is performed in-store, the conversion rate increased by more than 550 basis points.
Inventory Reduction Achievements
Inventory was reduced by 9.6% versus the prior year period. The previous estimate for inventory reduction this year was increased by $5 million, now expecting to end the year at least $20 million lower than the prior year-end.
Cost Optimization Initiatives
