The Valves segment provides specialized vacuum valve solutions essential for industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, display technology, photovoltaics (solar energy), and vacuum coating, as well as for general industrial applications and scientific research. In parallel, the Global Service segment offers comprehensive after-sales support, including spare parts, repairs, system enhancements, and technical assistance. Furthermore, VAT Group's offerings extend to gas inlet valves, integrated multi-valve modules, vacuum chambers with built-in valves, various motion and mechanical components, and precision edge-welded metal bellows.
