BEC Recovery and Product Sales Strength
E-commerce revenue grew 10% year-over-year to CNY 1.9 billion; BEC product sales rose 21% to CNY 510 million; BEC returned to non-GAAP operating profitability with CNY 13 million versus a loss of CNY 46 million a year ago.
Gross Profit and Margin Expansion
Gross profit for product sales increased 33.6% year-over-year to CNY 350 million; blended gross margin for product sales expanded to 33.5% (+110 basis points) and e-commerce product sales margin improved to 15.9% (+98 basis points).
Working Capital Efficiency and Cash Position
Working capital turnover improved materially to 109 days from 193 days a year ago; inventory turnover shortened to 113 days from 185 days; cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and short-term investments totaled CNY 2.9 billion as of March 31, 2026.
