Alsea, S.A.B. de C.V. is a significant restaurant management company operating throughout Latin America and Europe. Its diverse array of dining establishments includes fast food, cafeterias, casual dining, casual fast-food outlets, and family restaurants. These operate under a variety of well-known brands such as Domino's Pizza, Starbucks, Burger King, Chili's, PF Chang's, Italianni's, The Cheesecake Factory, Vips, Vips Smart, El Portón, Archies, Foster's Hollywood, Ginos, TGI Fridays, Ole Mole, and Corazón de Barro. By December 31, 2020, the company oversaw a total of 4,192 units, comprising 3,283 corporate-owned venues and 909 sub-franchised locations. These operations span Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, France, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Uruguay. Beyond its core hospitality business, Alsea is also involved in factoring and provides financial leasing services. The enterprise was founded in 1997 and its main office is situated in Mexico City, Mexico.
