Revenue and Gross Margin Expansion
Full-year revenue was RMB 4.31 billion, up 31% year-over-year. Full-year gross margin expanded to 19.6%, a 4.4 percentage point improvement versus 2024, reflecting a higher-margin product mix and cost efficiencies.
Breakthrough in Electric Motorcycle Segment
Electric motorcycles exceeded 23% of total annual sales. The FX Windstorm gained strong traction (42% of Q4 sales), and international e-motorcycle sales rose to 9,600 units for the year (+227% year-over-year); Q4 deliveries >2,000 units (+187% year-over-year).
Successful New Product Launches and Early Demand
High-end bicycle launches (NXT Ultra and FXT Ultra) sold >20,000 units within the first 5 hours, generating >RMB 220 million in initial sales. New NX model contributed 10.5% of Q4 volume in its debut quarter; product matrix on track for full rollout by Q2 2026.
Retail and Digital Footprint Expansion
Nationwide store network surpassed 4,500 locations (+800 added in 2025). Online sales reached ~0.5 million units with an online conversion rate near 50%. Social e-commerce activity delivered ~2.51 billion impressions and 95,000 live streams; brand ambassador campaign generated ~3.4 billion online impressions.
ASP Improvement and Aftermarket Growth
Overall scooter ASP increased slightly from RMB 3,203 to RMB 3,269 year-over-year. Blended scooter ASP and overseas ASP showed notable increases (blended ASP cited up ~32% YoY; overseas blended ASP ~RMB 3,330, nearly +40% YoY). Accessories, spare parts and services revenue rose ~11% year-over-year and accounted for ~14% of total revenues.
Solid Cash Position and Operating Cash Flow
Year-end cash, restricted cash, term deposits and short-term investments totaled ~RMB 1.3 billion. Operating cash inflow for the year was approximately RMB 350 million.
Bullish 2026 Guidance
Management guided full-year 2026 sales volume to 1.67 million–1.91 million units and Q1 2026 revenue growth of 30%–50% year-over-year, indicating confidence in accelerated, profitable growth next year.
