AI Traction and Large Strategic Wins
AI-native customer cohort continues to outpace growth; 22 customers spend >$1M annually and 5 spend >$10M. Landed large deals (7‑figure and 8‑figure) with two major AI research labs. 6,500 customers are sending data to 1+ AI integrations (~20% of customers representing ~80% of ARR). Usage metrics: SRE agent investigations more than doubled (Dec–Mar), spans to LLM observability nearly tripled QoQ, MCP server calls quadrupled QoQ.
Billings, RPO and Cash Generation
Billings of $1.03 billion, up 37% year-over-year. Remaining performance obligations (RPO) of $3.48 billion, up 51% year-over-year; current RPO grew mid-40s% YoY. Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled $4.8 billion. Cash flow from operations $335 million; free cash flow $289 million with a 29% free cash flow margin.
Profitability and Margins
Non-GAAP gross profit of $807 million with gross margin of 80.2%. Non-GAAP operating income of $223 million, corresponding to a 22% operating margin for the quarter.
Forward Guidance and Confidence
