Product and Menu Innovation
Launched pomegranate-glazed salmon nationwide and brought back a popular roasted white sweet potato LTO; early results for salmon are in line with tests and the item is expected to run through at least Q4, supporting variety and trial.
Digital, Data and Operational Investments
Launched modern data platform (KavaCore) and edge-enabled commerce platform (CAVA Current) which are live and processing orders; improvements like kitchen display systems are driving better digital order execution and higher digital mix (~40%).
Loyalty and Marketing Engagement
Loyalty growth and engagement programs (in-app games, athlete partnerships, digital exclusives) produced one of the most engaged digital experiences to date; national awareness increased from 62% to 66% and marketing investment was modestly increased (from ~1.0% to ~1.2% of revenue).

Rolled out an assistant general manager (AGM) role with early stores showing outperformance where AGMs are in place; Flavor Your Future talent initiatives highlight internal promotions and leadership development.
