enCore Energy Corp. is an enterprise dedicated to the acquisition and exploration of resource properties throughout the United States. Its extensive portfolio of uranium projects spans several states. In New Mexico, the company wholly owns the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte uranium project, encompassing 3,020 acres within the prominent Grants Uranium Belt. Further interests in the state include the Marquez-Juan Tafoya property, comprising private mineral leases spanning 18,596 acres situated in McKinley and Sandoval counties. enCore also holds the Nose Rock project, which consists of 42 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 800 acres in McKinley County, as well as the approximately 3,840-acre West Largo project, also in McKinley County. Additionally, its New Mexico holdings feature a 100% interest in the Ambrosia Lake - Treeline property, with 24,555 acres of deeded mineral rights and around 1,700 acres of unpatented mining claims, alongside Checkerboard mineral rights covering an expansive 300,000-acre land position, both located within the Grants Uranium District. Moving to Arizona, the Moonshine Springs project covers roughly 1,000 acres in Mohave County, incorporating 23 owned and 7 other unpatented lode mining claims, alongside 320 acres of leased fee land. In Utah, enCore's assets include the White Canyon District and a broader Utah property package, featuring the Geitus, Blue Jay, Marcy Look, and Cedar Mountain projects, all situated northwest of the White Mesa Mill in Blanding County. The company's presence extends to South Dakota with the wholly-owned Dewey Burdock project, which comprises approximately 12,613 surface acres and 16,962 net mineral acres. In Wyoming, the Gas Hills project contributes approximately 1,280 surface acres and 12,960 net mineral acres of unpatented lode mining claims to its portfolio. Established in 2009, the company initially operated as Wolfpack Gold Corp. before adopting its current name, enCore Energy Corp., in August 2014. Its corporate headquarters are located in Corpus Christi, Texas.
