Revenue and Fee Momentum
Total investment income was $140.1 million, up $3.1 million or 2.2% versus Q1 2025. Interest income increased by $7.3 million year-over-year and fee income increased by $3.6 million year-over-year.
Realized Gains and Exits
Recognized $18 million of net realized gains in the quarter and completed an exit of KBK Industries resulting in a material realized gain plus significant dividends over the life of the investment.
Dividend Actions and Shareholder Distributions
Board declared a supplemental dividend of $0.30 per share payable in June (19th consecutive quarterly supplemental) and increased regular monthly dividends for Q3 2026 to $0.265 per share (3.9% increase vs Q3 2025). Trailing 12-month supplemental dividends total $1.20 per share (39% in excess of regular monthly dividends).
