China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd.
Operating as an investment holding entity, China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited provides aircraft leasing services to airline companies both in mainland China and internationally. Its extensive range of activities includes not only aircraft leasing but also purchase-and-leaseback transactions, portfolio trading, asset management, fleet upgrades, aircraft disassembly, and component sales. Furthermore, the company offers aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, along with various financing and management solutions. By December 31, 2021, its fleet comprised 127 aircraft owned outright and 25 under management. Founded in 2006, the company was formerly known as China Aircraft Leasing Company Limited, changing to its present name in September 2013. Its headquarters are located in Admiralty, Hong Kong.
