Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Cash GenerationConsistent positive operating and free cash flow through 2023–2025, including ~96m FCF in 2025, provides durable liquidity and internal funding for operations, capex, or dividends. This cash-generation ability reduces short-term refinancing risk and supports business continuity despite net losses.
Manageable LeverageA stable debt-to-equity range near 0.56–0.62 and sizable equity create a durable capital structure that preserves financial flexibility. Manageable leverage supports access to credit, helps absorb demand shocks, and enables strategic investments without immediate balance-sheet stress.
Operating ImprovementNarrowing operating losses and improved gross margins indicate structural progress in cost control and pricing. Near-EBIT break-even in 2025 suggests the business model adjustments are taking hold, increasing the probability of sustained profitability if revenue trends and margin discipline continue.
Bears Say
Persistent Net LossesOngoing net losses in 2024 and 2025 limit retained earnings and constrain internal capital for growth or cushions. Persistently negative earnings reduce ROE, impair long-term shareholder value creation, and may force higher reliance on external financing or equity issuance.
Free Cash Flow VolatilityA sharp ~39.7% FCF drop in 2025 and historical negative FCF years indicate unstable cash generation. This volatility undermines long-term planning, raises the risk of needing external funding for capex or dividends, and reduces confidence in sustaining cash-backed strategies.
Negative Returns On EquityConsistently negative ROE, including 2025, signals the company’s capital base is not producing adequate profits. This persistent underperformance limits reinvestment capability, weakens investor returns, and may necessitate strategic restructuring or fresh capital to restore profitable deployment of equity.
