Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue Recovery And GrowthSustained top-line recovery (+17.2% in 2025) signals durable demand rebound for travel services and expanding market traction. Over 2–6 months this supports revenue visibility, underpins scale economics for tour and destination operations, and enables reinvestment into product and distribution.
Operating Cash Flow Has ImprovedReturn to positive operating cash flow across 2023–2025 provides an operational stabilizer that underpins day-to-day liquidity and funds working capital. This strengthens short-to-medium term resilience of core operations and reduces reliance on external financing for operating needs.
Manageable Leverage LevelsLow debt-to-equity offers balance-sheet flexibility for a cyclical leisure business, enabling the company to fund seasonal swings, opportunistic investments or marketing without excessive refinancing risk. This structural cushion supports enduring operational recovery plans.
Bears Say
Volatile Profitability; 2025 Net LossEarnings volatility and a 2025 net loss undermine earnings quality and predictability. Persistent swings complicate budgeting, capital allocation and dividend policy, and indicate that operating leverage or non-operating items can quickly reverse profitability despite revenue strength.
Weak And Inconsistent Free Cash FlowPoor FCF conversion limits the firm's ability to self-fund capex, pay sustainable dividends or buffer downturns. Even with positive operating cash flow, inconsistent FCF raises refinancing and liquidity risks and constrains long-term investments and balance-sheet repair.
Eroding Equity And Rising Debt In 2025Declining equity and asset base alongside increased debt reduce the capital cushion and heighten downside risk. Negative ROE signals capital erosion, which can limit strategic flexibility, raise cost of capital, and make the company more vulnerable to shocks or cyclical downturns.
