Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Cash Generation ReboundA major swing to positive operating and free cash flow (~2.5B in 2026) materially improves liquidity and internal funding capacity. Sustained FCF would support capex, working capital and debt reduction, enhancing financial flexibility and resilience over the medium term.
Deleveraging TrendMeaningful reduction in leverage and a sharp fall in total debt lower refinancing and interest-rate risk. A healthier capital structure improves solvency and gives management scope to prioritize investment or shareholder returns, strengthening the firm's structural risk profile.
Revenue RecoveryA sharp revenue rebound to ~4.05B signals recovery in demand or sales execution and helps absorb fixed costs. If maintained, higher scale can underpin margin recovery and cash generation, improving medium-term stability of core operations and strategic options.
Bears Say
Margin Collapse And Negative EBITA steep drop in gross margin to ~6.1% and negative operating profit materially weakens the company's ability to convert revenue into sustainable earnings. Structural margin pressure or poor pricing power would limit reinvestment capacity and long-term profitability.
Historic Earnings And Cash VolatilityRepeated multi-year volatility in revenue, margins and cash flow undermines predictability of earnings and planning. Persistent swings raise execution and forecasting risk, complicate capital allocation, and make it harder to rely on recent improvements as durable.
Low Returns On Equity Despite ImprovementROE near mid-single digits (≈1.6% in 2026) combined with still-material leverage indicates inefficient use of shareholder capital. Even with deleveraging, weak returns can persistently limit shareholder value creation and reduce strategic flexibility.
