Strong Cash Generation and Capital Return
Free cash flow before restructuring payments was $97M in Q2 (reported FCF $80M after $17M restructuring), ~50% of the fiscal 2026 target already achieved. The company repurchased $138M of shares in the quarter and paid $57M in cash dividends; remaining repurchase authority is ~$702M.
Liquidity and Balance Sheet Actions

Platform and eSIM Traction
