Belysse Group N.V. is a global manufacturer and distributor specializing in textile floor coverings, with a significant presence across Europe, North America, and other international markets. The company organizes its operations into two main divisions: Residential PA and Commercial. Its Residential PA segment is responsible for the design, production, and supply of broadloom carpets and floor tiles to major retailers and wholesalers, offered under the Balta Broadloom and ITC brands. Conversely, the Commercial division focuses on creating, manufacturing, and distributing modular carpet tiles, primarily targeting corporate offices and public spaces, marketed through its modulyss and Bentley brands. This segment also provides broadloom carpets specifically tailored for the hospitality sector, available under the arc edition brand, distributing these products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and various other partners. Established in 1964, the company, formerly known as Balta Group NV, maintains its headquarters in Sint-Baafs-Vijve, Belgium.
