Its properties include the Lisbon lithium project comprising 743 placer mining claims covering an area of 14,320 acres located in San Juan County in southeastern Utah. The company was formerly known as BoxScore Brands, Inc. and changed its name to American Battery Materials, Inc. in October 2022. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut.
