Consolidated Revenue and Profit Growth
Consolidated revenues increased 4.1% in Q4 2025 (accelerating from Q3's 3.5%). Adjusted consolidated OIBDA rose ~12% to approximately $174 million, and AFFO improved ~8.3% to $130 million.
Strong Transit Performance (MTA-Led)
Transit revenues grew ~16% in the quarter, led by the New York MTA which was up over 20% in Q4. Digital Transit revenues jumped 37% to $73 million. Transit adjusted OIBDA improved more than 56% to over $34 million.
Billboard Margin Expansion and Portfolio Optimization
Billboard adjusted OIBDA increased by over $5 million (+3.4%), and Billboard adjusted OIBDA margin expanded ~120 basis points year-over-year to 41.5%, driven by inventory management and portfolio exits of marginal contracts.
Digital Revenue Momentum
Combined digital revenue grew ~11% in the quarter and accounted for ~39% of total revenues. Excluding two exited contracts, digital revenue growth would have exceeded 16%. Programmatic and digital direct automated sales increased ~11.3% and represented 16.9% of total digital revenues.
Commercial and Enterprise Revenue Mix
Commercial revenues grew nearly 7% in Q4 (Transit mid-teens, Billboard mid-single digits). Enterprise was up ~1% overall, with mid-teens Transit growth offsetting Billboard declines tied to contract exits.
CapEx and Digital Conversions
Q4 CapEx was ~$25 million (including ~$11 million maintenance). Converted 26 new boards to digital in Q4 and 103 for the year. 2026 CapEx guidance is ~$90 million with $30–35 million expected for maintenance and the balance focused on digital development/conversions.
Liquidity, Leverage and Shareholder Return
Committed liquidity nearly $750 million (including ~ $100 million cash, ~$500 million revolver capacity, $150 million AR securitization). Net leverage 4.7x (within the 4x–5x target). Board maintained $0.30 cash dividend payable March 31.
Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Initiatives
Signed strategic agreements with AWS (agency-connect/enterprise integration) and AdQuick (AI-powered OOH planning/buying), intended to simplify planning, buying and measurement and to unlock new SMB and enterprise demand.
