Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Manageable LeverageDebt-to-equity near 0.23 provides measurable balance-sheet flexibility versus higher-leverage peers. Lower leverage reduces refinancing and interest-rate strain, giving management room to prioritize operational recovery, working capital and selective investments over urgent deleveraging.
Positive Operating Cash FlowOperating cash flow turning positive (~29.8M) signals improved cash conversion and working-capital management. Sustained positive OCF supports near-term liquidity, funds day-to-day operations and modest investments, and reduces immediate reliance on external financing while restructuring profits.
Revenue Rebound And Positive EBITDAAn 11.6% revenue rebound and a positive EBITDA margin (~6.8%) indicate core operations can generate operating profit before non-operating items. This suggests demand resilience and underlying operational viability if management can contain below-the-line charges and restore gross margins.
Bears Say
Sharp Net Loss And Margin CollapseThe company reported a very large net loss and a collapsed gross margin (3.9% in 2025 versus ~81.4% in 2024), indicating severe pricing, mix or cost pressures. Such deep margin deterioration is structural, likely to erode competitive positioning and capital if not reversed.
Negative Free Cash Flow And Insufficient Cash CoverFree cash flow turned negative (~-3.8M) and operating cash flow covers only ~0.43x of the net loss, meaning cash generation is insufficient to offset reported losses. Persistent negative FCF limits reinvestment, heightens financing needs, and constrains strategic optionality over months.
Negative ROE And Shrinking EquityROE around -70.9% and meaningful declines in assets and equity show shareholder value erosion and a shrinking capital buffer. A weakened equity base reduces resilience to further losses, raises solvency risk and limits the company’s ability to pursue growth or absorb additional shocks.
