The company's operations are divided into five core segments: Aviation, Retail and Services, Real Estate, International and Airport Developments, and Other Activities. The Aviation segment is dedicated to providing essential airport security and safety functions, including maintaining security checkpoints, implementing screening systems, and offering critical emergency services like aircraft rescue and firefighting. The Retail and Services segment encompasses a broad range of commercial activities, such as managing bars, restaurants, banking services, car rental facilities, and various retail outlets. This segment also handles the leasing of commercial space within terminals for advertising, dining establishments, and parking, alongside supplying vital utilities like heating, drinking water, and access to chilled distribution networks. Focusing on property development, the Real Estate segment is involved in the construction, marketing, and lease management of office buildings, logistics centers, and freight terminals, as well as providing property leasing for airport terminals and renting out serviced land. The International and Airport Developments segment specializes in the design and operational oversight of airport-related ventures globally. Finally, the Other Activities segment delivers telecommunications and cybersecurity services.
