Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Operating Profitability TurnaroundThe company achieved a durable operational inflection with EBIT/EBITDA positive in 2025, showing core operations can be profitable. Sustained operating profits reduce reliance on financing, allow reinvestment for growth, and validate cost structure and service economics over the medium term.
Gross Margin ExpansionA materially higher gross margin indicates better pricing, cost control, or improved service mix. Higher structural margins improve long-term operating leverage, giving the company more room to absorb SG&A and invest in sales or product development without proportional revenue increases.
Improving Leverage And Stable AssetsLower leverage and stable assets increase financial flexibility and resilience. An improving debt profile reduces refinancing risk and interest burden, supporting capital allocation for strategic initiatives and cushioning the business during cyclical or investment periods over the next several quarters.
Bears Say
Weak Cash GenerationDespite accounting-level profit measures improving, cash flows remain a structural weakness: negative operating and free cash flow signal the business still burns cash. Continued negative cash conversion constrains investment, increases financing reliance, and risks funding gaps if not reversed.
Declining Revenue TrendA continuing revenue decline undermines scale economics and limits the durability of margin gains. Without stable or growing top-line demand, margin improvement may be insufficient to deliver sustained profits and cash flow, and the company may struggle to invest for market share recovery.
Negative Returns And Residual Net LossPersisting net losses and negative returns mean shareholders aren't yet seeing economic profitability. This limits internal capital formation, weakens investor confidence, and forces dependence on external funding or dilution until consistent net income and positive ROE are achieved.
