On March 5, 2025, Ultra Clean Holdings announced the resignation of CEO James P. Scholhamer due to personal health reasons, effective March 4, 2025. Clarence L. Granger, the Chairman of the Board, will serve as interim CEO while the board searches for a permanent replacement.
