Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Focused Eskay Creek DevelopmentConcentration on a flagship gold-silver project can focus capital, technical expertise and permitting efforts on one potentially significant development opportunity, supporting clearer strategic execution.
Established Project Development PlatformSkeena has a defined development workflow rather than only early-stage exploration, creating a pathway from resource definition through studies and permitting toward possible future production.
Growing Asset BaseA larger asset base indicates substantial resources committed to the project portfolio and may provide a stronger foundation for advancing development, although its value depends on successful execution and financing.
Bears Say
No Revenue Or ProductionSkeena remains pre-revenue and has no operating cash inflow from a producing mine, leaving future funding and shareholder returns dependent on completing development and reaching commercial production.
Persistent And Worsening LossesDeepening losses show that operating leverage and profitability have not yet emerged. Continued deterioration could increase financing needs and make the path to sustainable earnings more dependent on project milestones.
High Leverage And Cash BurnVery high leverage combined with substantial cash consumption reduces financial flexibility. Delays, cost overruns or weaker financing access could therefore materially constrain project execution and increase dilution or refinancing risk.
