ESR-REIT is recognized as a forward-looking, leading Asia Pacific S-REIT specializing in New Economy assets. Listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited since July 25, 2006, it strategically invests in high-quality, income-generating industrial properties within key global markets. As of December 31, 2024, ESR-REIT commands a diverse portfolio, including logistics, high-specification industrial, business park, and general industrial properties, with total assets valued at approximately S$6.0 billion. This portfolio encompasses 72 properties (excluding one joint venture at 48 Pandan Road) spread across developed regions, specifically 52 assets in Singapore, 18 in Australia, and 2 in Japan, collectively boasting a gross floor area of roughly 2.5 million square meters. Additionally, it holds investments in three Australian property funds. ESR-REIT is also a component of the prestigious FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index. Its operations are overseen by ESR-REIT Management (S) Limited (the "Manager"), with ESR Group Limited ("ESR") serving as its sponsor. The Manager's ownership structure consists of ESR holding 99.0% and Shanghai Summit Pte. Ltd. owning the remaining 1.0%.
