Street EBITDA estimates for the second quarter range from $165 million to $245 million. The Beacon acquisition closed in late April, and investors own the stock for QXO’s vision to be a tech-enabled leader in the $800 billion building products distribution industry within the next decade. We view 2025 as setting the foundation to accelerate margins in 2026. We expect another M&A deal to be announced soon. Our second-quarter roofing survey was up 2% year-over-year. We conducted a proprietary survey of large roofing distributors to gauge current trends and 2025 outlooks. The survey’s 2% growth for the quarter is modestly below our expectations. Residential roofing volumes were down 1%, with price up 3%.
