The company provides mobile radio network solutions and high-speed broadband services throughout New Zealand, operating through its Wireless Networks and Wired Networks segments. Within its Wired Networks division, Vital offers fiber and Ethernet connectivity, along with broadband services and associated ancillary support, catering to a diverse clientele of wholesale customers and end-users. Furthermore, the company supplies data and GPS tracking products, as well as finance leasing services. Its extensive customer base encompasses various sectors, including government, civil defense, emergency services, health, utilities, public transport, education, logistics and freight, agriculture, and channel partners. The company, which was previously named TeamTalk Limited, adopted the Vital Limited name in July 2019.
