                  0:00 / 0:00
                  Earnings Call Sentiment|Positive
The call balanced solid operational and financial execution with disciplined growth investment. Key positives include EBITDA growth (4% pro forma), improved free cash flow (+5%) and conversion (72%), a materially strong total shareholder return (63%), successful project delivery progress (Z Energy tank ahead of schedule, conversion project on track) and strategic expansion into Australia (25% Somerton JV). Negatives are manageable: revenue broadly flat due to contract step‑downs and Wiri lease expiry, increased leverage to 3.6x following the Somerton acquisition, modest near‑term jet fuel growth guidance (~2%) amid airline availability issues, a paused peaking plant project pending government decisions, some one‑off costs and tax accounting variability, and a missed customer assessment target. On balance the highlights substantially outweigh the lowlights, with healthy cash generation, project momentum and strategic positioning offsetting near-term demand and financing headwinds.View all NZ:CHI earnings summaries
