ISG Turnaround — Revenue and Profit Inflection
Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Q4 revenue $5.6 billion, up 37% YoY, with record quarterly operating profit of $202 million. Full‑year ISG revenue $19.2 billion, up 32% YoY, and achieved full‑year profitability with a $140 million year‑on‑year operating profit improvement. Acquisition of Infinidat (closed in April) to strengthen high‑end enterprise storage exposure and address an estimated $38 billion TAM.
SSG Growth and Recurring Revenue Mix
Solutions & Services Group (SSG) Q4 revenue $2.6 billion, up 19% YoY, with a 22.4% operating margin. Full year SSG reached a $10 billion revenue milestone and reported that 62% of revenue in the quarter came from Managed Services and Projects, demonstrating progress toward higher recurring and solution‑led revenue. TruScale subscription momentum highlighted as an important growth lever.
Motorola and Devices Product Highlights
Motorola reported record quarterly smartphone shipments and double‑digit revenue growth, with a higher premium shipment mix (19%). IDG launched new premium and AI‑oriented products (new ThinkPad, Legion gaming laptop, ThinkCentre Neo with OpenClaw) and emphasized energy‑efficient monitors and sustainability improvements.
Shareholder Returns and Capital Allocation
Basic EPS of $0.1563 for the fiscal year. Board declared final dividend HKD 0.337 plus interim HKD 0.085 for a total dividend of HKD 0.422 per share — the highest dividend ever for the company.
