First Full-Year Profitability
Life360 reported net income of $150.8M for 2025 (compared to a $4.6M loss in 2024). Management highlighted that even excluding a one-time, non-cash tax benefit, annual net income exceeded $32M — the first profitable year in company history.
Adjusted EBITDA and Margin Expansion
Adjusted EBITDA for 2025 rose to $93.2M (up $47.7M YoY) with adjusted EBITDA margin expanding from 12% in 2024 to 19% in 2025. Q4 adjusted EBITDA was $32.4M (up 53% YoY) and Q4 adjusted EBITDA margin reached 22% — the highest quarterly margin to date.
Large and Growing User Base
Ended 2025 with more than 95M monthly active users (MAU) and 2.8M Paying Circles. Management guided to 20% MAU growth for full-year 2026 (growth weighted to H2).
Strong Cash Position and Operating Cash Flow
Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash increased to $495.8M at year-end 2025 (vs. $160.5M at YE 2024), aided by $275.4M net proceeds from a convertible notes offering. Q4 operating cash flow was $36.8M (≈+200% YoY); full-year operating cash flow reached $88.6M (up $56M YoY).
Advertising Platform Momentum and Strategic M&A
Other revenue (driven by advertising and data partnerships) increased 86% YoY in Q4 to $24.2M. Management completed acquisitions of Fantix (early 2025) and Nativo (January 2026) to build a full-stack advertising platform; Nativo had unaudited 2025 revenue of ≈$63M at roughly breakeven adjusted EBITDA and is expected to materially scale advertising reach and measurement.
Product and Platform Progress (Pet GPS, Pet Finder Network)
Launched Pet GPS across five markets and grew the Pet Finder Network to almost 5M registered pets (≈90% in free circles), creating a new funnel for subscription growth and engagement. Tile and Pet GPS are being integrated more tightly into subscription journeys.
Improving Gross Margin Profile
Full-year gross margin expanded to 78% (up 3 percentage points vs. 2024). Q4 gross profit was $109.7M with gross margins of 75%.
