Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Revenue Re-accelerationA sharp FY2025 revenue rebound (+34.6%) signals renewed demand and restored top-line momentum after prior weakness. Sustained revenue growth improves operating leverage potential, supports funding for strategic initiatives, and underpins durable earnings recovery over coming quarters.
Conservative LeverageVery low debt-to-equity (~0.14) and a marked improvement from FY2020 provide financial flexibility. A conservative capital structure reduces refinancing and interest-rate risk, allowing the firm to invest or absorb shocks without needing immediate external financing over the medium term.
Stronger Equity Base And Positive ROEA steadily growing equity base and a positive ROE (~6.7%) indicate improving capital strength and profitability on shareholders' funds. This supports balance-sheet resilience, capacity for reinvestment, and a foundation to regain higher historical returns if margins or sales mix improve.
Bears Say
Thin Operating MarginsVery narrow operating and net margins (~2.4% and ~1.7%) constrain the company's ability to convert revenue into durable profits. Low margins limit reinvestment capacity, make earnings sensitive to small cost or price moves, and weaken competitiveness versus higher-margin peers over time.
Volatile Cash ConversionInconsistent cash conversion—FCF covering ~27% of net income and prior swings including negative FCF—signals working-capital and timing volatility. This undermines sustainable internal funding for capex/dividends and raises reliance on external financing despite low leverage.
Sensitivity To Cost/price PressureMargins that have not recovered to earlier levels imply earnings are exposed to input-cost or pricing shifts. Structural sensitivity increases earnings volatility, complicates medium-term planning, and can erode returns if competitive dynamics prevent full pass-through of higher costs.
