Within the Automotive Suspension Springs division, NHK Spring produces critical vehicle components such as coil springs, stabilizers, torsion bars, stabilinkers, and leaf springs. This segment also delivers powertrain, braking, and exhaust system elements, including various valve springs, disc, wire, and wave springs designed for gearboxes, injector springs, and a comprehensive selection of specialized thin plate, disc, and wire spring products. The Automotive Seating segment crafts advanced seating solutions, including sports seats, suspension seats, fatigue-reducing seats, and single-motor power seats. Additionally, it supplies polyurethane foams, fastening screws and bolts, control cables, door sunshades, tonneau covers, mechanical seating parts, and trim components. Its Precision Springs and Components offerings extend to motorcycle chain tensioners, motor cores, spring grid arrays, ceramic springs, and metal substrate products. This segment is also a key supplier of HDD (hard disk drive) components, providing suspensions, top covers, disk clamps, base plates, and dummy heads.
