Strong Top-Line Growth
Net sales of $13.96 billion, up 13.7% year-over-year (10% FX-neutral). All four regions delivered double-digit U.S. dollar growth in Q1, led by North America (~$5.0B) and APAC (~$4.1B). Q2 net sales guidance of $13.6B–$14.0B implies ~8% year-over-year growth at the midpoint.
Cloud and Advanced Solutions Outperformance
Cloud grew 25% year-over-year on an FX-neutral basis (34% excluding CloudBlue divestiture). Advanced Solutions grew 14% FX-neutral, driven by servers, networking and large GPU/AI infrastructure deals.
Profitability and EPS Expansion
Gross profit of $926 million, up 12% year-over-year. Adjusted income from operations of $262M, up 14% YoY. Non-GAAP net income was $175.5M, up 22% YoY, and non-GAAP diluted EPS was $0.75, up 23% and at the high end of guidance.
Operating Leverage and SG&A Efficiency
Operating expense leverage improved: SG&A decreased to 5.04% of net sales from 5.11% a year ago (12 basis point improvement), and adjusted income from operations margin was 1.88% vs 1.87% last year.
Balance Sheet and Capital Returns
Net working capital was $4.4B (up ~2% YoY) with net working capital days improving to 23 from 29. Cash of $916M and debt $3.3B produced a net-debt-to-adjusted-EBITDA ratio of 1.7x (improved from 2.0x). Repurchased $75M of stock from the majority owner, returned $19M in dividends and expanded the repurchase program; announced a quarterly dividend increase of 2.4% sequentially and 10.5% YoY.
Xvantage Platform & AI Impact
Xvantage adoption driving measurable outcomes: over 153,000 proactive IDA engagements in Q1 that helped convert >$800M in AI-led net sales; IDA-driven opportunities convert at ~4x the standard baseline. Over 2 million self-service orders in the quarter and >20% growth in average revenue per customer versus prior year.
Operational Innovation & IP
4 patents granted (of 35+ pending) protecting vendor-agnostic integration, dynamic SKU generation, configure-to-order automation and email-to-order generative AI. Email-to-order processed ~230,000 emails into orders in Q1 (+78% YoY), enabling >$1 billion in sales.
Regional Margin and Market Recoveries
LATAM delivered the highest gross margin across regions, up 69 basis points YoY driven by Xvantage-enabled automation. India showed strong progress and performed to plan, with IDA revenue up >200% quarter-over-quarter.
