It serves commercial and defense companies, national labs, and universities. Infleqtion, Inc. was formerly known as ColdQuanta, Inc. and changed its name to Infleqtion, Inc. in January 2026. The company was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Louisville, Colorado with additional offices in Chicago, Illinois; Madison, Wisconsin; Boulder, Colorado; Melbourne, Australia; and Oxford, United Kingdom.
