Within its Real Estate division, Sobha offers a wide array of housing options, ranging from opulent luxury and presidential apartments, villas, and row houses to plotted land developments and affordable aspirational homes. The company's Contractual segment caters to corporate clients, delivering projects such as offices, convention centers, software development blocks, multiplex theaters, various hospitality facilities (hotels, guest houses, hostels), dining establishments, research centers, clubhouses, and factory buildings. Furthermore, Sobha possesses substantial manufacturing capabilities. This includes crafting custom corporate and residential interiors, producing solid wood and MDF panelled doors, various types of panelling, partitions, tables, and loose furniture like chairs, sofas, cots, and modular kitchens.
