Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Multi-year Revenue GrowthSustained revenue growth from 5.7B to 10.3B across FY22–FY26 signals durable market traction, expanded distribution or capacity, and stronger top-line scale. Larger revenue supports fixed-cost absorption, reinvestment in brands and capacity, and a more resilient earnings base over months to years.
Improved Profitability And EarningsMaterial improvement in net income to 1.37B and margin expansion versus prior years indicates the company is converting scale into earnings. Persistent improvement in reported profitability suggests structural enhancements—product mix, operational leverage or pricing power—that can sustain earnings over coming quarters.
Growing Equity Base / Scale-up CapitalizationA rising equity base from 2.32B to 9.01B indicates strengthened capitalization to support scale-up. Higher equity and expanding assets improve the firm's ability to fund capex, absorb shocks, and pursue brand or distribution investments without solely relying on short-term borrowings, aiding medium-term financial stability.
Bears Say
Rising Absolute DebtA meaningful jump in total debt to 5.31B raises balance-sheet risk if cash generation falls short of expectations. Higher absolute leverage increases interest and refinancing exposure, constraining financial flexibility for capex or brand investment and heightening vulnerability to adverse industry or regulatory shifts.
Weak Cash-Flow Quality & Negative FCFVolatile operating cash flow and persistently negative free cash flow despite earnings growth point to working-capital swings or heavy reinvestment. Continued negative FCF limits internal funding for debt reduction, dividends or growth capex, increasing reliance on external financing and raising medium-term funding risk.
Margin Sustainability UncertainPrior margin compression and missing FY26 margin detail create uncertainty about durability of profit expansion. If margins are cyclical due to input costs, state excise variability or product mix shifts, earnings could reverse; lack of transparent margin drivers complicates forecasting over the next several quarters.
