Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Strong Revenue GrowthThe multi-year revenue expansion indicates growing scale across alcohol manufacturing and branded spirits. Continued volume growth and distribution reach can support durable operating leverage, provided regulatory access and product demand remain intact.
Improving Earnings ScaleHigher net income alongside revenue growth shows that the business is converting increased scale into meaningful earnings. This strengthens internal funding capacity and supports investment in production, brands, and distribution over the medium term.
Growing Equity BaseThe substantially larger equity base provides a stronger foundation for capacity expansion and absorbs more operating risk than the earlier balance sheet. It can also improve financial flexibility as the company scales its integrated alcohol operations.
Bears Say
Higher Balance-Sheet LeverageRising debt increases fixed financial obligations and makes the company more dependent on sustained earnings and cash generation. If operating performance weakens or investment returns lag, leverage could constrain future expansion and financial flexibility.
Persistently Negative Free Cash FlowNegative free cash flow suggests that capital spending or reinvestment is absorbing reported earnings. Continued cash shortfalls could increase reliance on debt or other funding, limiting the durability of growth and raising execution risk.
Margin Sustainability RiskRecent margin compression indicates that earnings growth may be exposed to input costs, product mix, pricing controls, or industry cyclicality. The absence of FY26 margin data also makes it difficult to confirm that improved profitability is sustainable.
