By focusing on walk-to-shop convenience and a curated mix of shopping, food, and community spaces, Omaxe aims to align with shifting consumer preferences for experiential, organised retail, strengthening its footprint in Ludhiana and enhancing its positioning in the competitive mixed-use real estate segment.
