CIE Automotive India Limited, based in Mumbai and founded in 1999, is a key manufacturer and supplier of automotive components to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other clients across India and Europe. Its comprehensive product line includes a wide variety of forged items such as crankshafts and steering parts, along with stamped body and chassis systems, gears, shafts, and numerous axle, transmission, and engine components. The company also specializes in magnetic products, including permanent magnets and soft ferrite cores, in addition to sheet and dough molding compounds, and aluminum castings. Beyond its core automotive offerings, it provides parts for medical equipment covers and windmills. Specific examples from its extensive catalog include oil sumps, turbo housings, exhaust manifolds, knuckles, brake calipers, and structural elements like hoods and fenders. These components are utilized in a broad range of vehicles, from cars and utility vehicles to commercial vehicles, tractors, off-road vehicles, and two-wheelers. Formerly known as Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited, the company rebranded in June 2023 and operates as a subsidiary of Participaciones Internacionales Autometal, Dos S.L.
