The company operates under a licensing agreement with Yeda Research and Development Company Limited, granting it rights for the research, development, and commercialization of hCDR1 across numerous therapeutic applications. Originally incorporated in 1993 as Xenograft Technologies Ltd., the entity rebranded as XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. in July 1995 and is currently headquartered in Ramat Gan, Israel.
