The enterprise's activities are divided across three key segments: its retail presence in Mexico, its retail operations in the United States, and its real estate portfolio. Its various outlets stock a broad range of products, including electronics, perishable items, apparel, food provisions, and general consumer goods. Furthermore, the company is involved in real estate, leasing commercial units to third parties and managing shopping centers. In Mexico, the group oversees 306 stores, comprising 198 Tiendas Chedraui, 60 Super Chedraui, 15 Super Che, and 33 Supercito locations, supported by 7 distribution centers. Its U.S. footprint includes 125 self-service stores, specifically 64 El Super and 61 Fiesta stores. Established in 1920, the company's principal office is situated in Mexico City, Mexico.
