Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Cash GenerationOperating and free cash flow turned positive in 2024–2025, indicating the company can convert sales into cash despite accounting losses. Durable cash generation supports near-term liquidity, funds working capital, and provides runway to execute restructuring or stabilize operations if trends persist.
Improving Free Cash Flow TrendFree cash flow growth in both 2024 and 2025 signals improving cash discipline or working-capital management. Consistent FCF expansion can fund capital needs, reduce reliance on external financing, and create optionality to shore up the balance sheet over the medium term if management sustains these improvements.
Debt Stability And Remaining EquityMeasured total debt combined with continued positive shareholders' equity, albeit reduced, means there is still a capital cushion. Debt stability limits incremental leverage risk and preserves refinancing options in the medium term compared with scenarios of rising indebtedness.
Bears Say
Severe Revenue DeclineA sharp revenue contraction (~57% YoY in 2025) indicates material demand loss or contract attrition, reducing scale economics and pressuring long-term profitability. Sustained revenue weakness undermines margin recovery, makes fixed-cost absorption harder, and threatens durability of recent cash generation.
Persistent Operating LossesAcross reported years EBIT and net income remain negative, pointing to chronic unprofitability. Persistent operating losses erode retained earnings, limit reinvestment capacity and make it harder to rebuild equity, increasing reliance on cash management and external financing to sustain operations.
Eroding Equity / Higher Leverage RiskA sharp fall in shareholders' equity while debt remained broadly steady materially increases leverage and weakens the capital cushion. This deterioration heightens financial flexibility risk and raises refinancing, covenant and strategic constraints over the medium term if profitability does not recover.
