Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, the enterprise was formerly known as Computerland Poland SA, adopting the name Sygnity S.A. in April 2007. As of May 16, 2022, Sygnity S.A. operates as a subsidiary of TSS Europe B.V.
