Legacy-DH Turnaround
Legacy-DH achieved a significant turnaround with adjusted EBITDA of around RMB 500 million (from a prior loss) and RevPAR up 8.2% year-over-year in 2025 due to revenue management, cost optimization and portfolio restructuring.
Strong Cash Generation and Healthy Balance Sheet
Operating cash flow was RMB 8.4 billion; cash & cash equivalents were RMB 15.4 billion and net cash was RMB 9.6 billion at year-end 2025.
