Cross Timbers Royalty Trust functions as an express trust within the United States, holding substantial stakes in various energy-related assets. The trust maintains a 90% net profits interest across a selection of producing and nonproducing royalty and overriding royalty properties located in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Additionally, it secures a 75% net profits working interest in seven specific properties, four of which are situated in Texas and three in Oklahoma. This entity was established in 1991 and its corporate headquarters are based in Dallas, Texas.
