Bomboré Stage 1 Hard Rock Expansion Completed On Time and On Budget
Completed 2.5 Mtpa Stage 1 hard rock expansion at Bomboré; achieved commercial production on January 16 and is already ~10% above nameplate capacity, enabling processing of hard rock reserves alongside oxide operations.
Record Earnings and Strong Operating Cash Flow
Reported net earnings attributable to Orezone shareholders of $39.6 million and operating cash flow of $175.6 million in Q1, aided by a $100 million gold stream deposit from Franco-Nevada, materially strengthening the balance sheet and liquidity.
Improved Liquidity and Cash Repatriation
Included in the VanEck Junior GDXJ ETF (March 20) improving liquidity; received VAT refunds of $5.1 million in Q1 and $23.9 million year-to-date (including April/May refunds); commenced earnings repatriation with $52.5 million repatriated so far in 2026.
