This platform also served to link various merchants, like restaurants, with external entities offering payment processing services. The company, established in Lafayette, Louisiana, in 2013,, along with its affiliates, initiated a voluntary Chapter 7 liquidation petition on April 2, 2024, at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
