Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Revenue GrowthSustained multi-year revenue growth signals expanding adoption of Freja eID’s B2B/B2G identity services. Durable top-line expansion supports scale economies, grows transaction volumes that drive recurring usage fees, and creates a larger base to convert into future operating leverage and contract renewals.
Improved Operating Cash FlowThe shift to positive operating cash flow in 2025 and the TTM period reduces immediate refinancing pressure and shows the business can generate cash from operations. That durability helps fund integration work and platform improvements and gives management more flexibility to invest in customer acquisition and service reliability.
Stronger Balance Sheet / Lower LeverageReduced debt and restored positive equity materially lower solvency risk versus 2024, improving the company’s ability to bid for public-sector contracts and absorb short-term shocks. A steadier balance sheet increases optionality for strategic tech investments or selective M&A without immediate capital strain.
Bears Say
Negative Gross MarginA negative gross margin indicates the core cost structure does not yet cover direct service delivery. This structural shortfall must be fixed via pricing, product mix shifts, or material cost reduction before growth can reliably translate into sustainable operating profits and healthy free cash flow.
Persistent Net Losses / Negative ROEOngoing net losses and sharply negative ROE undermine shareholders’ returns and limit internal capital for reinvestment. Over the medium term this increases the risk of dilution or external financing needs to fund growth, and can constrain competitive investments if profitability is not achieved.
Volatile Free Cash FlowLarge swings in free cash flow reduce predictability for capital allocation and operational scaling. Inconsistent conversion of revenue into stable free cash limits the company’s ability to fund product development or absorb customer onboarding costs without external capital, raising execution risk.
